If you need to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of your purchase. Because we handmake our tile to order we do not accept returns.
Samples are strongly encouraged to ensure your expectations are met. Please note that samples are only a small piece in the overall puzzle that is your installation.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada, however, we are happy to provide a shipping quote for international orders.
